Peacefully at St. Jospeh's Healthcare after a courageous fight on October 22 at the age of 59. Beloved wife of Steve (Stelianos) for over 43 years. , Loving mother of Maria Martin (Chad), Taso (Tina), and Elefterios (Areti), Angela Mancini (Patrick). Proud Yiayia of Alexander, Maria, Joseph, Andrew, Olivia, Lucrezia, Vincent and Nicholas. Predeceased by her parents Charalambos and Eleftheria, her brother Manolis and sister Ekaterina in Greece. She is mourned by her sisters Maria, Sophia, Evaggelia, brother Astrinos and her cousins, nieces and nephews in Greece and abroad. Her generous spirit will be greatly missed at the parties and events she hosted as well as her talent for baking and cooking. Her passion for travel brought her all over the world where she made many lifelong friends. She was a devoted member of the Ladies Philoptochos Society of St. Dimitiros and dedicated her time to many community causes. The family would like to thank the staff of St. Josephs Healthcare and a Special thank you to the dedicated administration and staff of Wentworth Lodge who continually went above and beyond in care for our mother and wife. Visitation at Bay Gardens Funeral Home, 1010 Botanical Drive, BURLINGTON (905.527.0405) on Thursday October 26th from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. and from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. with prayers taking place at 7:00 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Friday October 27th at 11:00 a.m followed by an interment at Woodland Cemetery.
